Please note that the official application deadline for the UK Insight Tour was 20th August 2025.
We are still accepting applications submitted after this date, and late applicants will remain eligible to participate. However, due to limited time and visa processing constraints, we cannot take responsibility for any delays, visa refusals, or logistical complications resulting from applications submitted after 20th August 2025.
Refund Policy Update
There are now two categories of tickets:

Non-Refundable Ticket
By purchasing this ticket, no refund will be available under any circumstances. -
Refundable Ticket
This option allows partial refunds based on the cancellation date:-
Up to 15th October: 85% refundable

16th to 31st October: 50% refundable

1st to 10th November: 20% refundable

After 10th November: No refunds available

Special Note for Early Applicants
For those who purchased tickets before 15th August, the 80% refund guarantee does not apply if the visa is refused due to incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient documentation, or failure to meet visa requirements, as it was mentioned earlier.
