Event Details
Please check the event date & time and keep it in your calendar.
Course Platform
You will receive an auto-invitation email as soon as you purchase your ticket, with the Zoom link for the online events. If you have not received 60 minutes after purchasing the ticket, please contact us immediately for it to be reissued.
Time Zone
Provided time is the London zone.
Please check junk and spam folders before contacting us.
Online Lobby
Please register for our online courses and events at least 60 minutes prior to avoid any technical/connection issues.
Our Admin team will see you in the waiting room and admit you to the meeting.

Course/Event Cancellations/Refund Policy
Please note this is for people who are genuinely cannot make the event because of an emergency.
If you have a valid reason for unable to attend the event, please email enquiry@ukdentalcourses.co.uk at least one week before the date of the event with the reason why you cannot attend. We will decide if your reason is valid for our refund policy.
Failure to email us one week before the date of the event, we are unable to offer any refund.
If you do not like the location or the venue, this is not a valid reason for you to cancel and we will not refund you.
If you do not like the food or drinks serve at the venue, this is not a valid reason for you to cancel and we will not refund you.
If we decided the reason you are unable to attend to the event is valid, we will offer a full refund.
If you failed to email us with your or your partner or your plus one food allergy, intolerance or dietary requirements and had a allergy reaction to the food or drinks served on the night of the event, we are unable to offer any refund. Please remember, if your do not provide this information, we are unable to let the venue know and they are not hold accountable/liable.
